View Training Sessions

This 1-hour live Webinar will walk trainers through the changes in the 4-step process (register, roster, survey, follow-up) that have occurred since the launch of the new management system available through myThinkfinity. This new management system has improved features that will allow trainers to register multi-day sessions, invite other trainers to co-present, and hold training participants accountable for training session content. All of these features will be modeled during this informative Webinar. Participants will also have an opportunity to ask questions about the new system.

Please note that all times are listed for the Eastern Time Zone. International attendees, please contact us for additional information before registering.

How to register:

  • View the table below to find a date that best suits your schedule.
  • Click on the date of the session you would like to attend.
  • Log into your myThinkfinity account (or create a FREE account) on the next screen.
  • Click on the “Register” button.
  • A confirmation e-mail containing the URL and toll-free conference line for your session will then be sent immediately from Training@Thinkfinity.org - be sure to add this address to your trusted sender list so the e-mail is not lost in a junk or spam folder.

If you require special assistance or accommodations, please e-mail thinkfinitydistancelearning@verizon.com at least two weeks prior to the training date.

On-Demand Webinars:

Verizon Thinkfinity is currently working on a condensed version of this presentation that can be viewed on-demand.  This recorded presentation will not include the sections of the Webinar that involve hands-on activities or question-and-answer segments with the Verizon Thinkfinity trainer.
