employees with the knowledge to use Verizon's Thinkfinity.org with
their
families and ideas for how to share this FREE resource with others.
Each month
we will feature a new topic during these thirty minute sessions.
August's
feature: Think Savings!
In this tough economy, now is the perfect time to teach your children
about
savings. In this webinar, we'll explore resources featured on
Thinkfinity that
will help families discuss everything from creating short-term and
long-term
saving plans, to generating a budget, controlling credit card debt and
much
more! Whether your child is just entering elementary school or off to
college,
this session is a must for any parent!
September's
feature:
Think Back to School!
Help your children transition from summertime to the classroom! This
session
will highlight resources from Thinkfinity.org that will help your
children
throughout the upcoming school year. We'll show you how to find
resources based
on your child's age and academic needs, and put the fun back in
learning!
How
to register:
- Click
on the date of the session you would like to attend.
- Log
into your myThinkfinity account (or create a FREE account)
on the next screen.
- Click
on the “Register” button.
- A
confirmation e-mail containing the URL and toll-free conference line
for your session will then be sent immediately from
Training@Thinkfinity.org - be sure to add this address to your trusted
sender list so the e-mail is not lost in a junk or spam folder.
If
you require special assistance or accommodations,
please e-mail thinkfinitydistancelearning@verizon.com at
least two weeks
prior to the training date.
